* The capsule is almost perfectly formed but one side of the capsule seems to have
caved in.
* What causes this problem?
* Incorrect centering of dosator over capsule body. The entry of the dosator into the
capsule body is not smooth and it crushes the capsule side. Realign the dosator.
* Excessive compression the pin system is used to close our capsule. If there is too much
closing pressure there are two classic defects that result. This is one of them. Back off your
closing pressure stroke.
