We See This Every Day, Is It Bad?
In this picture we see an unusual type of tablet. May even be a boeun cube. Not a problem what the tablet is like. We
even have an unusual knock off plate for this type of tablet. See anything wrong here?

Look at the die. It is not flush with the die table and in fact it is slightly above the die table. So what? So metal, metal,
metal in the product and perhaps feed frame damage that is out of sight.
And what causes this defect? Might be the die seat was not cleaned properly before the die was driven into the bore.
Maybe the operator used a non-brass rod or a rod without a plastic sleeve and as a result the die never did reach the
bottom. Maybe he or she used an Allen wrench to tighten the die lock screw instead of a torque wrench.

So there is more than one potential root cause for us to address but the outcome is always the same: press damage.
