Notice that three of the four guns are just fine however this is not a satisfactory situation. The one gun has a very tight
residue completely covering the gun and creating a potentially fatal situation for the pan of tablets. Also notice in the
blowup photograph that the entire tip of the gun is fouled.
Check your air supply, your needle and your air cap. This is not a system problem, nor a pan problem, this is a gun
problem.
