| If You Think Something Is Wrong, Ask! If you look at this picture, you see the tell tale sign that something is wrong. Looks like a wafer but it actually says we have a super big problem here. Constant improvement of your operation should be a way of life. If you coating pan has even one patch of coating on it, or you see that you have even one single stuck tablet in the pan, you have a non-optimized operation. You should be able to coat 10 consecutive pans of tablets without having to do more than minor cleaning. Anything other than this means you need improvement! Happy August around the world! |
