| An AQL Issue Problem: After coating some tablets appeared from nowhere showing themselves completely uncoated. After an investigation we discovered that some tablets can hide under the baffles, especially if they are not firmly bolted to the pan. So if you see uncoated tablets or pieces after your coating run is completed, you cannot eliminate the baffles as a source. |
